Our mission is to deliver only the highest quality products. However, if you happen to receive a product with a defect, we guarantee a simple and transparent complaints process.

What to include in your complaint?
To help us process your complaint efficiently, we encourage you to provide:
Information about the defect – describe the issue and indicate the date when you noticed the defect.
Your request – e.g., repair of the product, replacement with a new one, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.
Your contact details – so we can get in touch with you quickly.

Complaint processing time
We will review your complaint no later than within 14 calendar days from the date it is submitted.
If it is necessary to inspect the product, the complaint processing time will be counted from the moment we receive the product.
We will inform you of our decision in the way you prefer: by email, phone, or post.

Shipping the product for complaint review:
If the product needs to be returned, please send it to the following address:

Shipping costs:
In the case of a complaint submitted by a consumer, shipping costs are covered by our company.
Business customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs themselves.
If returning the product is unreasonably difficult, please contact us — we will arrange a convenient way to collect the product.
