Right of withdrawal (Returns)
If you meet the conditions set out in § 7 of our Terms and Conditions, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason and without incurring additional costs.
To exercise this right, it is sufficient to send a withdrawal statement before the deadline.

When does the withdrawal period start?
If you purchased a product – from the moment you receive it.
For deliveries in parts – from the delivery of the last item.
For service contracts – from the date the contract is concluded.
What happens after withdrawal from the contract?
The contract is considered null and void, as if it had never been concluded.
We:
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement.
We will refund the full amount paid, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option available in our store.
We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you request a different method (at no additional cost to you).
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or proof of its shipment — whichever comes first.
You:
You must return the product within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
It is sufficient if the product is shipped before this deadline.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless our offer includes free returns.
A few important notes
If you have used the product beyond what is necessary to check its features, we may reduce the refunded amount by the value the product has lost due to such excessive use.
In the case of services that have been started at your request before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, the refund may be reduced proportionally to the work already completed.
Please remember that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products (such as our tailor-made garments). If you believe that such a product is defective, please submit a complaint to us.
How to return a product?
Please return the product to the following address: Balamonte, ul. Krysiewicza 3a/26, 61-825 Poznań, Poland.
Remember to pack the returned item carefully to avoid any damage during transport.
If you are nearby or would like to visit our showroom, you can also return the product in person.
